It is currently operating at full capacity, preparing its annual plan with a focus on the Citizens' Charter, Kaizen implementation, institutional reform tools, and promoting good governance. The main goal is to improve the quality of institutional services and enhance administrative efficiency.

The Institutional Change Executive Director Office is responsible for:
• Leading the design and implementation of institutional reform programs aligned with the university’s strategic plan.
• Coordinating strategic planning across colleges, departments, and administrative units.
• Monitoring and evaluating reform performance using measurable indicators and data systems.
• Supporting evidence-based decision-making through research, benchmarking, and data analysis.
