Value
The Directorate of Reform and Good Governance is one of the directorates established under Haramaya University President’s Office since 2010 E.C. It was established by splitting the former Directorate of Planning and Evaluation, as Prescribed by the government allowing eight positions to be created separately. Currently Directorate have six active workers including Director. The Directorate currently functioning at full potential by preparing its own annual plan mainly focus on Kaizen implementation, institutional reforms tools and enabling good governance. In order improve the Institutional quality of service and enabling good administration, the directorate has the following main task and responsibility;
- Planning , organize ,lead and leading sector
- Introduce new systems of change and good governance
- Monitoring the implementation of change and good governance programs
- Capacity Building
