Through its recent communication, the Intern-University Council for Eastern Africa (IUCEA) has granted full scholarships for 11 female candidates from various African countries who had been admitted from ACE Climate SABC – Haramaya University for their MSc in Climate Smart Agriculture and Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management.
The candidates’ choice entails that ACE Climate SABC – Haramaya University has proven to be the Center of Excellence for climate-smart agriculture and biodiversity conservation postgraduate training and research.
According to Dr. Mulugeta Damie, the Project Manager at ACE Climate SABC – Haramaya Univeristy, these scholarships were granted to female candidates through the synergistic collaboration of the esteemed World Bank, the Republics of Malawi and Mozambique, and the groundbreaking ACE II Additional Financing initiative.
