Dr. Yilfashewa also noted that the project is designed to bridge the skills gap often faced by graduates, making them more competitive in the job market. By bringing together scattered on-the-job training opportunities and using a digital system, the project aims to create a more cohesive and effective learning experience. This digital platform will also help strengthen the relationship between the university and various institutions, allowing for better student monitoring and empowerment.
