Haramaya University College of Law Honored at the 7th Annual East Hararghe High Court Conference

Haramaya University College of Law proudly participated in the 7th Annual Conference of the East Hararghe High Court. The College was represented by a delegation led by Dr. Richard J. Wentzell, Dean of the College of Law, along with Mr. Chala Yuye, Coordinator of the Free Legal Aid Service; Mr. Addisu Asefa, Field Coordinator for Eastern Hararghe; and Mr. Motuma Tadese, Legal Aid Officer at the Eastern Hararghe High Court.

During the conference, Haramaya University College of Law was awarded a special certificate of recognition for its invaluable contribution to providing free legal aid services in Eastern Hararghe. The recognition highlights the College’s dedication to helping the poor and vulnerable access justice and building public trust in the judicial system.
