Haramaya University Library and Information Services Directorate workers have taken training on Work Environment

Haramaya University Library and Information Services organized two days training from October 27 – 28, 2016; on Attitude towards Work and Work Environment. 80 Library workers attended the training.

During the opening session, Mr. Mikiyas Hailu, Director of Library and Information Services Directorate, reiterated that attitude matters in dealing with work and having a better work environment.
He said that attitude literary define the way workers perceive about work and work environment. Hence, such training is crucial for empowering Librarians and put them in a better position to serve the patrons.
