Haramaya University’s Library and Information Services Directorate has started a two days training on information literacy for 50 post graduate studies students on the Main Campus.

According to Mikiyas Hailu, Director of Library and Information Services Directorate, topics of the training include searching techniques, information service evaluation, ethical and legal aspects of citing resources, and e-resources at Haramaya University’s Library. He is delivering the course for the trainers who are drawn from various departments.

In previous occasions, the Directorate has offered several similar trainings for post graduate students as well as for academic staff members.
