Haramaya University’s Health Center   has recently received a donation of different medical materials worth 150,000 Birr from Haramaya University CDC Project Coordinating Office.The donation of the materials were given to the University’s Health Center at a ceremony that took place on Friday, March 16, 2015 at the Main Campus.

These materials include various disposable health materials such as personal protective materials, gloves with different types for health workers and cleaners, sterilizers for to cleaning surgical instruments and chemical and laboratory materials.

   

The project is supported by American Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Dr. Lemessa Oljira, director of Haramaya University CDC Project Coordinating Officepromised that the support will continue in the future too and was able to make many valuable connections, which later led to the donation.

During the occasion, Dr.girma Amente, President of Haramaya University, appreciated the donation given to the University. Top of Form
