He added that this significant contribution is part of the university’s ongoing commitment to fostering a comfortable and engaging learning atmosphere, allowing children to enjoy their studies.

The support

The support, specifically directed at five preschools in Maya City, is expected to not only improve the educational infrastructure but also enable students to pursue their education comfortably within their own communities. Mr. Kemal highlighted that this vital assistance was made possible through collaboration with Christian Relief Services (CRSL) in the United States.

Mr. Aliyi Hussen

Mr. Aliyi Hussen, Head of the Maya City Education Office, and Mrs. Semira Abdela, Head of Adult Education at the Maya City Education Office, both underscored the transformative impact of the donation.

They noted that many students previously had to sit on the ground, and this new furniture will drastically improve learning conditions. They assured that the donated items would be used effectively in the most in-need schools.

Furthermore, Mr. Aliyi and Mrs. Semira added that beyond addressing the shortage of furniture, the donation will make schools more appealing and inviting for children. They anticipate that this will increase children’s enthusiasm for attending school, thereby helping to reduce dropout rates.
