The college through its committed staff has also a praiseworthy experience of working with national and international partners. Such experience enabled the college to win grants from national and international partners and host academic projects, researches, and conferences. For instance, very recently, the college won and successfully implemented a two- and half--year project partnership between Haramaya University and the University of Innsbruck, Austria for Strengthening Institutional Capacities in Peace Building and Conflict Transformation from January 2017 to November 2020. It also won and successfully coordinated a one-year project work between Haramaya University and the Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands, on developing a Roadmap to Gender Equality in Eastern Ethiopia universities. Though both projects were now completed successfully after accomplishing all their objectives, the partnerships created during these project periods are made sustainable by the college as well as by the respective project team members.
