Workshops and Seminars: Training on teaching material preparation and workshop on teaching at higher institution. On both cases certificates are awarded. Several times physical society meetings have been attended.
Teaching Materials written: Three teaching materials were written in collaboration with my fellow staffs.
Conference organizing experiences: I was a leading member in organizing two local workshops at Haramaya University. The successful workshop held for two days each and followed by publication of
proceedings.
