    • Greenhouse gas determination using respiratory chamber
    • Molecular biology techniques: community DNA and RNA isolation from feed, gut

Real time quantitative PCR (qPCR) and sequencing for microbial studies.

Application of metagenomics and fermentation process in ruminant to improve nutrient utilization efficiency to improve ruminant productivity and reduce its impact to the environment.
