Female staff members are encouraged to submit competitive research ideas that would benefit the community in general and women in particular. While crafting the proposal, activities related to PhD and MSc students can be considered if initiated by female staff member who is on duty, but a standalone PhD or MSc project is not accepted. Proposals should be developed in line with the\u00a0<strong>Research Thematic Areas of the University,\u00a0<\/strong>and the<strong>\u00a0research area should be in the Eastern Part of Ethiopia except for compelling reasons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposal Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proposals should not exceed 15 pages (12pts, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing, 1 inch margin in all sides).
