for Research and Community Engagement and perform the following duties.<br \/>\n\u2022\tDesign, plan, and implement entrepreneurial and incubation activities.<br \/>\n\u2022\tDevelop orientation and awareness campaigns on entrepreneurship and technology incubation.<br \/>\n\u2022\tEstablish committees to set and implement criteria for business idea competitions.<br \/>\n\u2022\tProvide technology incubation services and manage incubation centers with expert manpower.<br \/>\n\u2022\tMonitor and follow up on the launch and acceleration of startups.<br \/>\n\u2022\tFacilitate legal, financial, and technical support for incubates.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAssist with intellectual property rights, financial planning, and technical challenges.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPrepare and oversee binding agreements for incubates and mentors.<br \/>\n\u2022\tLiaise with and network stakeholders to achieve the directorate\u2019s goals.<br \/>\n\u2022\tWork with partners to promote fundraising and address financial challenges.<br \/>\n\u2022\tOrganize workshops and exhibitions to promote and network incubates and entrepreneurs.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAssign mentors and invite stakeholders to participate in events.<br \/>\n\u2022\tFacilitate conflict resolution and address any disputes arising during the incubation process.<br \/>\n\u2022\tTrack and monitor the progress of entrepreneurial and incubation centers.<br \/>\n\u2022\tDevelop and manage graduation and exit strategies for startups.<br \/>\n\u2022\tRecommend the establishment of additional incubation centers when necessary.<br \/>\n\u2022\tprepare annual and quarterly extension and outreach reports and submit the same to the Vice President for Research and Community Engagement<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for
