It focuses on the design, construction, and management of systems that provide access to safe drinking water, effective sanitation, and sustainable environmental practices. These systems are essential for maintaining public health, ensuring sustainable urban development, and protecting natural ecosystems. In addition to technical infrastructure, this field also encompasses policy development, resource management, and community engagement to address the complex challenges of urbanization, climate change, and water scarcity. Engineers in this domain work on diverse projects such as wastewater treatment plants, storm water management systems, desalination facilities, and green infrastructure that improve resilience to environmental stresses. As the global population continues to grow and climate conditions become more unpredictable, Water Supply and Environmental Engineering plays a pivotal role in building resilient and adaptive systems. It not only ensures the availability of clean water and sanitation but also supports broader goals of environmental protection and sustainable development, aligning with international frameworks like the UN, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83c\udf1f Vision<\/h2>\n\n  The vision of the Water Supply and Environmental Engineering program is to cultivate highly qualified and capable professionals who are equipped to address challenges in water supply, urban drainage, wastewater treatment and management, solid waste management, and environmental pollution control.\n\n<h2>\ud83c\udf0d Mission<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, design, implement, and manage water supply projects in urban and rural areas<\/li>\n<li>Plan, design, implement, and manage environmental engineering projects in urban and rural areas<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research in water supply, water quality, water and wastewater treatment, water technology development, and environmental engineering challenges<\/li>\n<li>Perform, analyze, and assess the environmental impacts of small\u2011 and large\u2011scale projects<\/li>\n<li>Independently undertake the study of the air-water-soil pollution
