Moreover, the review has published papers focusing on different field of studies which have solved different community problems.

HLR is committed to publish at least once a year at the end of Ethiopian fiscal year. However, special issues can be published in consultation with the editorial board members and College Academic Commission. The Law Review has maintained a high standard of publication quality through a double-blind review process, in which identities of authors are not disclosed to reviewers and identities of reviewers are also not disclosed to authors as well. As a requirement ad standard of quality, all research articles submitted for publication in HLR are subjected to a double-blind peer review process; internally by editorial board and, externally by at least two reviewers who have relevant specializations and expertizes on the subject matter. Due to this, the review has earned good reputation and prestige both at domestic level and abroad.
