The Department of Software Engineering was started in 2008, structured under the College of Computing and Informatics. The department has been launched in response the national demands for skilled and professional work force in the field of software development. Thus, the department is primarily tasked with training software engineers, based on a harmonized curriculum that takes a four-year learning. The department is further strengthened by the Departments of Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science and Statistics in the college.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
